Belqavino support is a small team that answers questions by email. Awkward questions are welcome, and so are complaints.

Before you write
We cannot give investment, tax or legal advice, and we cannot see your broker account. For questions about a balance, a trade or a withdrawal, contact your executing broker. If you only want to know how the software works, or whether it is a good fit for you, the questions on the home page and the platform review may answer it faster.
Support hours
The trading desk is staffed 24/5 Trading Desk Support, Monday 00:00 UTC to Friday 24:00 UTC. That is five days a week, not seven, so a message sent on Saturday waits until Monday. We do not offer round-the-clock support, and we would rather say so than imply it.
Complaints
Write to the complaints address with your name, the email you used on the form and what happened. We acknowledge it formally within 48 business hours and tell you who is looking at it. Complaints about trading, money or accounts may also need to go to the broker, which has its own route and, where it applies, an ombudsman or dispute scheme.
Report a fake website or fraud
Only two addresses are ours: belqavino.io and app.belqavino.io. If you find a lookalike site, a fake advert, a celebrity video or a caller using our name, send the address and a screenshot to [email protected]. Also report it to your national fraud-reporting service and, if money was lost, to your bank at once. We will never ask you to move money to a personal account, to install remote-access software or to share a one-time code, and we will never call to pressure you into a deposit.
